Your shifts, tasks and money,
counted.
Vimbara is a personal assistant for your phone. Your day (tasks, work shifts, events, reminders) and your money (spending, budgets, savings goals) in one place, with a little AI help.
Your day and your money
Today
One timeline for today and tomorrow: shifts, events, reminders, bills and tasks due, with an AI summary of your day.
Just tell it
Type “lunch 12.50” or “dentist Fri 3pm”. It drafts the entry, and nothing is saved until you press Add.
Shifts from your roster
Paste your roster's Google Sheets link once. See each month's shifts, hours and pay, and keep your own changes on every refresh.
Tasks
Due dates, priorities and repeats: daily, weekly or monthly. Tick one off and it moves to its next date.
Reminders
One-off or repeating push notifications, and an optional reminder before each shift.
Money and budgets
Income and spending by category, monthly budgets, and a heads-up when a category reaches 80% or 100%.
Bank import
Upload a .csv or .xlsx statement. Categories are guessed from your past entries, and duplicates are skipped.
Savings goals
Progress, a suggested monthly amount and a live finish date. Plan a goal with AI; the maths is done by the app.
Calendar link
A private link that shows your shifts and events in Apple, Google or Outlook calendar.
Yours, and only yours
Each account only sees its own data. You can download everything you've entered as one file, export your transactions as a CSV, or delete your account and all its data from Settings. AI features send a summary of your day and your spending by category to Google Gemini, never account numbers. Read the full privacy page.
