These terms apply when you download or use TheTracker. By using it, you agree to them.

Free to use

TheTracker is free. There are no ads and nothing to buy.

No warranty

TheTracker is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, change, or stop working, and I can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, TheTracker.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using TheTracker after a change, the new terms apply.

Playing fair

Use TheTracker in line with the rules of each game you play. It only uses data that the games and public services provide, and you're responsible for how you use it. TheTracker is not affiliated with Valve, Blizzard or Riot Games.

The shared leaderboard

Don't try to fake or manipulate leaderboard entries. I may remove entries or accounts that do.

Third-party data

Stats come from services run by others (such as OpenDota, the Deadlock API and OverFast). They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and their own terms apply.

Source code

The source code is public on GitHub so you can see how it works. Unless the repository says otherwise, all rights are reserved.
